When I began my 11 training sessions with Sandra I was overweight, unmotivated and lacking energy. She motivated me to get fit and loose weight. Using her knowledge of food and nutrition she put together a healthy eating plan for me to use which has resulted in me losing 13 lbs in weight.
She also gave me an exercise plan tailored to suit my lifestyle which I really enjoy.
I always look forward to my training sessions with Sandra , she is very encouraging and motivating and makes exercise fun.
I’m now slimmer, more enthusiastic and have a lot more energy thanks to Sandra.
