I had decided 2012 would be my year to lose weight and regain my fitness. I enjoy a very busy work and social life and rather than wait until 2012, I decided in order to limit any damage over the festive period it was “now or never”. Following recommendation from a friend, in November 2011 I contacted Sandra at Sansfit and can honestly say it has been the smartest move I have made. I hoped that Sandra would be my guiding light and she most certainly has lived up to and exceeded my expectations.
From day one Sandra has provided me with the structure and discipline I have needed to meet my goals. I have benefitted from a great eating and fitness regime which I continue to take in my stride and thoroughly enjoy. Sandra is full of small tips which have made a big difference to me. I eat healthily however I am pleased to say my social life has not suffered and every week (with the very odd week being the exception eg after Christmas and holiday) I have enjoyed weight loss.
I continue to visit Sandra on a weekly basis and make maximum use of the excellent and private fitness facility that she has. Outwith the visits Sandra has given me fitness programmes which I can easily use at my own gym to further improve my results.
Sandra and her approach has been a rock to me. It is a healthy lifestyle which is easily sustainable and can adapt to both my busy working and social lives and already I have reached a weight loss success which I have never reached before. The journey continues and I fully intend to keep Sandra on board as I have absolute faith that her approach together with the crucial one to one attention will result in me reaching my ultimate target weight and fitness levels.
