One-to-One Personal Training – Following a comprehensive assessment which lasts one hour and consists of body measurements, (including height, weight, body fat, body water, muscle mass, BMI, blood pressure, etc), as well as short & long term goals, level of fitness (past & present), diet and lifestyle. Sandra will develop a comprehensive training program unique to each individual client. Each client will be given an information pack containing invaluable nutritional advice. (The assessment is essential to the process and will take up the whole of the first session.)
Lifestyle & Nutritional Advice – It’s not about dieting! It’s a change of lifestyle, incorporating thinking about your body and making healthier food choices.
Pre & Post Natal Exercise Instruction – Safe and appropriate exercises to improve fitness before and after the happy event! Being pregnant should not mean giving up on exercise. Keeping fit before the baby arrives will assist your efforts to quickly get your figure back after your baby is born.
STOTT PILATES Instruction – Strengthens the core of the body. This is not only extremely beneficial for back pain sufferers, but is now also widely recognised as a way for sportsmen to improve their performance through the use of specific STOTT PILATES exercises. A postural analysis will be carried out to ensure that each individual client will have a tailor made STOTT PILATES programme designed to suit their needs.
